Additional handling fees may apply on products that are fragile, bulky, or just difficult to ship. All items are fully insured for loss or damage protecting your investment door to door.

Shipment Time

Shipment time will vary depending on logistics from China to your countries. Production time expressed on the product description do not includes shipping time.

Your purchases may arrive in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order.

An email notification will be sent to you when your packages have shipped which includes tracking information when available.

Taxes and Duties

Clients are responsible for all customs charges to be paid at the border. In case a particular order requires additional documentation to enter the border, the actual cost to have it released should be paid separately prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, damages or blocks that customs officials may apply to your order while enforcing any specific import regulations.
